Unique to our solution is the use of digital certificates from our Key Management system to encrypt the file, enforce policy and create the digitally signed audit trail.  Each user is given their own unique ID with a corresponding digital certificate. Because the security policies are identity based, the policies remain intact wherever that person goes.  When you configure the dynamic permission matrix for each file with the Keneisys Environment Manager, you can choose who can read, write or access the audit log of the file.
